Mindfulness has been summarized as “paying attention, on purpose, without judgment.”

One of the wonderful things about the practice and philosophy of mindfulness is that it is always available to you. The more you practice mindfulness, the more you start to realize all of the different ways that “being mindful” can benefit you in your daily life.

If you are interested, establishing a consistent practice of mindfulness can be an integral part of your therapy, and I invite my clients to begin each session with a few minutes of mindful meditation.

I also provide mindfulness training to groups, which can be an immense benefit to you and your friends or co-workers.
